Rabbit stew

My late father came up with this recipe, we had it for Sunday lunch. It can be made constantly differently, with different mushrooms, vegetables, cheese. . . . Pasta, mashed potatoes or just bread can be used as a side dish.

Steps

Pour oil into the pot and put it on the stove on medium high heat.
Add sliced onion and fry until golden. - 2
Wash the cut pieces of rabbit and put them in the pot, then add salt, red pepper and curry. Cover everything with water. It should cover the meat and let it cook. Stir it from time to time so that it does not burn.
- 3
When the meat is cooked, add chanterelles, salt and cayenne pepper according to your taste. Let it cook for another 20 minutes.
First, remove the meat from the pot and thicken the sauce with flour, water and sour cream and stir it. Put the meat back in the pot and let it cook for another 10 minutes to combine the flavors.
