Steps

Wash the moong daal.

Take a cooker add moong daal and tomato. Turmeric and salt and water. Cooked it for 5 minutes in medium flame. For 2 whistle.

When daal is cooked mix it well add half glass water in it and boiled it.

For tadka. Take a fry pan add oil in it add cumin seeds. When it's crackled add red chilli powder and put this tadka on daal.
Serve with roti and rice and Puri.
