Ingredients

  1. 100 gmmoong daal
  2. as requiredOil
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. 1 pinchTurmeric powder
  5. 1Tomato chopped cut
  6. as requiredRed chili powder for tadka
  7. as requiredCumin seeds for tadka
  8. someCoriander leaves

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the moong daal.

  2. 2

    Take a cooker add moong daal and tomato. Turmeric and salt and water. Cooked it for 5 minutes in medium flame. For 2 whistle.

  3. 3

    When daal is cooked mix it well add half glass water in it and boiled it.

    For tadka. Take a fry pan add oil in it add cumin seeds. When it's crackled add red chilli powder and put this tadka on daal.
    Serve with roti and rice and Puri.
