Wash apple with clean water and peel the back of it and diced it

In a neat pot pour your peel apple,cinnamon,water and cloves,set the pot on a medium heat and alot it to bold very well

When it start to bold add sugar to it,when it bold very well sieve in a clean cup/jug and served

I served my with red Velvet cup cake
