Moong dal cheela is an easy and very quick and protein loaded healthy recipe.
Steps

First take a bowl add 1 cup moong dal wash and soak for 6 hour or over night. Then take a blender jar add green moong dal with green chilli, ginger, cumin seed and blend it smooth paste. Then transfer into the bowl add rice flour, chilli flakes and add salt, required water mix it well like a dosa batter consistency and set aside.

For paneer burji :

Take the vegetables wash thoroughly and chopped.

Take oil in a pan or Kadai. Add onion, chili sauté a few minutes then add ginger garlic paste sauté until the ginger garlic paste raw smell goes away.

Now add chopped tomatoes, capsicum, and carrot mix it well, and cook few minutes. Then add all the spices ingredients, salt, and 1/4 cup water and cook it for 5 minutes. Once the water is reduced now add in crumbled paneer mix it well and fry it few minutes. Then add tomato sauce mix it and turn off the flame.

Heat the tawa spread on one ladle of moong dal batter and add some oil or ghee. Cook until dosa crispy from both sides then place cheese and paneer burji in-between next and fold it. Serve hot stuffed moong dal cheela enjoy.
