A quick and easy meal for lazy days, made with sun-ripened tomatoes.

Place a little tomato sauce in the bottom of each ramekin, then crack an egg on top. Add 1 or 2 slices of tomato to each ramekin. Sprinkle with fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Set the ramekins in a water bath and bake in the air fryer at 340°F (170°C) for 10-12 minutes.

Serve with bread and a salad.
