Steps

Peel, cut & wash potato. Cook with little salt until soft. Strain water & set aside. Add flour into a bowl add salt, bullion cubes, onga, curry & thyme mix well.

Add in grinded scotch pepper, red bell pepper & onions. Chop spring onions & add too then add in little water to make a paste mix well then add in the cooked potatoes mix & fry in hot oil until golden. Then remove from oil allow to cool then serve.

Note- before frying you have make sure the oil is hot enough then fry in other to achieve a good result. enjoy!🥔🌶🍽😋😋😋
