Ingredients

15 servings
  • 8 cupsbeans
  • 5scotch bonnets
  • 10red peppers
  • 10maggi cubes, onga, curry and salt
  • Palm oil 2 big serving spoons
  • 1big onion
  • Garlic and ginger.
  • Warm water
  • Containers

Steps

    Soak beans for few mins

  2. 2

    After that pound d beans in your mortar till d skin of d beans peels.

  3. 3

    Then wash d beans b removing the skin of the beans.

  4. 4

    Wash the beans, add the scotch bonnets, peppers, onion, garlic and ginger.

  5. 5

    Blend to have a nice paste, add some warm water to the paste so dat it won't be too thick.

  6. 6

    Add your palm oil, maggi,salt and spices to the paste and mix.

  7. 7

    Bring your containers..I used rubber containers but you can use any of your choice.

  8. 8

    Since I used rubber containers so I didn't put oil in my containers as it will easily come of

  9. 9

    Boil some water and add the containers, and give it some mins to cook..the aroma is satisfying
