Ingredients

About 40 minutes
4-6 servings
  1. 4-6boneless chicken breast
  2. 2 tspgarlic powder
  3. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1 tsppepper
  6. 1/2 cupPanko
  7. 1/4 cupParmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

About 40 minutes

    Preheat oven to 400°. Pat chicken dry to ensure that everything sticks to it nicely.

    Prepare a cooking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray with a non stick spray

  3. 3

    In a medium sized bowl mix Mayo, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder

  4. 4

    Dip chicken breast in Mayo mixture making sure to get all the surfaces. Make sure the coating isn’t to heavy. Aim for a nice, light coating.

  5. 5

    Lightly sprinkle the Pablo bread crumbs on both sides of the chicken breast for some extra crispy flavor.

  6. 6

    Bake until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Flip the chicken halfway through.
