In large bowl take daal rice soak in enough water for 4 hours drain water and transfer into mixi jar add ginger green chilli blend into coarse paste.

Transfer into big bowl add curd turmeric powder salt 1/2 cup water forming smooth countisency

Cover batter and ferment for 8 hours. After fermation add eno gently mix batter. Transfer in to grease plate then put into steamer and steam for 25 min. Cool and cut into pieces.

For tempering -
In pan heat oil add mustard seeds assofodeta curry leaves 1/4 cup water spilt green chilli sugar salt lemon juice mix get boil pour over dhokla spread add chopped green coriander leaves. Serve with chutney. - 5
