Baking powder 2tblspn
Vanilla flavour 2tblspn

In a bowl add in your butter and sugar start creaming till fluffy and double in size

Add in your egg, flavour and mix, then add your buttermilk and mix then set aside

Sieve your flour and add baking powder then pour in your dry ingredients into the wet and mix gradually, make sure do not over mix

Arrange your cupcake liner on your cupcake tray, add one scoop in each cupcake liner
