Rice and beans with fried beef

Pick and wash beans. Put in a pot with water and cook. Cook till beans are almost cooked.

Strain beans from water and set aside. Bring water to a boil. Wash rice and add to boiling water. Add your beans. Add salt. Allow to cook.

When almost cooked, drain in a colander. Rinse. Put back in the pot and put on the fire. Lower the flame and allow to simmer till all liquid is absorbed.

Serve with oil and pepper alongside fried beef and salad
