Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Blanch the baby corn: Boil water in a pot, add the cleaned and cut baby corn, blanch until cooked, then soak in ice water and drain.

Japanese Simmered Pumpkin: Place the pumpkin chunks with skin in a non-stick pan, add mirin, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and salt in order, cook until the pumpkin is done, then turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Italian Herb Lemon Chicken Tenders: Marinate the chicken tenders with lemon juice and sea salt for 5 minutes, then pan-fry them, sprinkle with Italian mixed herbs until the tenders are cooked, remove and let cool.

Lay the mixed salad greens as a base, then add the bell pepper rings (wash with cold water and remove seeds before cutting on a clean cutting board), Japanese simmered pumpkin chunks, and Italian herb lemon chicken tenders. Finally, add the cherry tomatoes.
