Ingredients

5 minutes or less
5-6 peoples
  • 1 bunchCilantro 🌿
  • 1 bunchMint
  • Onion 🧅 1 medium
  • 3-4 clovesGarlic 🧄
  • 1-2Green chilies 🌶 or more
  • 1/4 tspCumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspCrushed pepper 🌶
  • 1/4 tspSalt 🧂 as required
  • 1 tbspTamarind pulp or less
  • few drops Lemon 🍋 juice to avoid change the color of fresh look

Steps

5 minutes or less
  1. 1

    In a blender mix all the ingredients into a smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Put it in a nice clean jar 🫙 keep it refrigerated.

  3. 3

    Serve with your favorite kababs best with homemade bun kababs
