Measure the ingredients. Place 500g of flour, 1 tsp of chili powder, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of KEEN Curry powder (or any spices & herbs of your choice) and 1 tablespoon of chicken seasoning powder or chicken bouillon (this can be substituted with salt) in a food processor.

Melt butter and oil in a small skillet over medium low heat. Pour this hot melted butter into flour mixture. Pulse this mixture into a fine crumbs. See pic below.

Transfer it out to a bowl. Add water in small addition in few stages until a soft pliable dough is formed. Take a small amount of dough and using a rolling pin, roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a thin spread. Using a butter knife, cut it into thin strips. See pic below. Cut these strips into your preferred length.

Heat up enough oil in a pan and then deep fried strips until golden brown over medium high heat. Leave to cool completely before storing in an airtight container/bottle.
