4potatoes
1 cupatta
0.25 cuprice flour
small bunchMethi leaves
As per tasteGarlic powder
few sprigsCoriander

Boil potatoes with 2 tbsp salt

Mix atta, rice flour, chilli flakes, methi leaves, coriander leaves, garlic powder and salt. Make thin batter.

Dip potatoes in batter and deep fry or bake.

Take them out when crispy brown
