Tricolour dhoklas
Steps

Mix sooji and yogurt and let them sit for 15 minutes.

Puree carrot,green chilli and coriander leaves.

Divide sooji mixture into three parts and then add one each part to the carrot and coriander mixture.

Add water to each colour batter and pour in greased dish inside steamer.

Steam for 5 minutes and pour another layer over it.

Steam each layer for 5 minutes and finish with orange colour on top.

Finally, prepare the tempering with mustard seeds, asafoetida and green chillies add some water, salt and sugar solution on top of it.

Pour the tempering over dhokla and your tricolour dhoklas are ready!!
