Steps

Discard the seed part of aamrood/ guava. Finely chopped into small pieces. Keep all required ingredients on the plate.

Whisk curd. Add sugar powder, sendha namak/ salt, and roasted cumin seeds powder in it and mix well.

Add chopped aamrood/ guava pieces, and roasted almonds flakes, and mix well.

In small tadka pan add heat ghee. Temper with cumin seeds and chopped green chili pieces. Pour on prepared aamrood almond curd mixture/ salad. Mix well.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Nutritious Aamrood Almonds Koshimbir on your fasting day.
