Steps

First, roast all the nuts and coconut except gondh until they become crisp and light golden in color on low to medium flame. Don't burn it. Then fry the gondh in 1 tbsp Desi ghee it becomes fluffy and crisp.

Now take a big thali/dish/plate and grease it properly with Desi ghee.

Keep aside coarsely crushed material. let it cool.

In the next step, we have to make sugar syrup. For this take a pan to add 3 cups sugar and 1.25 cups water and put it into medium to high flame to make a consistency of sugar syrup up to 3 strings.

Now take a big thali/dish/plate and grease it properly with Desi ghee.

Now add all the ingredients into the sugar syrup mix well and mix a little fast so they don't become dry then pour into your greased thali/dish/plate.

Now leave it to set properly and then cut it into pieces.

Now ready to serve for eating.
