Heat oil in a pan.

Add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds. let them pop up.

Add chopped green chilies, and crushed garlic cloves and fry it.

Now, add chopped dill leaves, and soaked moong dal, and mix it.

Add salt and mix it well. cover it and let it cook for around 5 minutes.

Open the lid,add cooked rice and mix it. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Once cooked, take it out in a plate and serve it hot with bhakari or chapati.
