Sauteed Kangkong (Water Spinach)

Ingredients

  1. Halfred capsicum., small cubes
  2. 1 bundlekangkong, cut into small
  3. Some gingerfive garlic, minced
  4. Halfpack beancurd sheets
  5. 1 tbspcooking oil
  6. 1 tspfish sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry beancurd sheet until ione. Then cut into small size. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Stir fry garlic and ginger in oil. When already fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add in kangkong and capsicum. Stir fry in high heat. Season with fish sauce.

  4. 4

    Keep mixing until kangkong is half cook. Drop in beancurd sheet.

  5. 5

    Cook for a minute then serve.
