4 slicesBrown Sandwich Bread
1 cuphomemade paneer
to taste Salt
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
1med sized onion cut into Roundals
1cucumber 🥒 peeled, cut into Roundals
1tomato 🍅 cut into Roundals,
2green chilli chopped finely,
Herbs.....a). Oregano,
b). Parsley,
c). Garlic powder,
2 tbspgreen chutney,

Firstly take a mixing bowl, add paneer, salt & black pepper powder. Mix it thoroughly till smooth. Keep aside.

Now take one slice of bread, spread paneer.

Arrange the veggies, add green chilli too. You can also add finely diced green capsicum.

Sprinkle the herbs, keep aside.

Spread chutney on the other slice.

Cover the open sandwich with this slice, chutney side down.

Heat an electric griller, place the sandwich. Cook it until a lil crisp.

Take out in a dish, cut diagonally. Serve it with any dip or sauce.

Here I have not used any oil, ghee or butter. Also there is no use of mayonnaise..
