Steps

Mix lemon, salt, pepper, lemon juice. Then rub it into salmon on both sides.

Heat pan on medium heat. Then pour two tbsp butter and fry the salmon.

When finished frying set aside.

In same pan pour the remaining butter and sautee garlic. Until it turn golden brown.

Then pour cream sauce, let it simmer then put back salmon.
