Roughly cut the potatoes and cauliflower into pieces, add 1 glass of water, 3/4 tablespoon butter, cook it for 5 whistles, not cook like kanji, see below, after cooking I mash those veggies using spoon

Bhaji: heat stove add 5 1/2 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon butter, add onions and 🍅, in this stage agg 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste...

Thoroughly cook the onions and tomatoes become mushy, in this stage add pav bhaji masala, saute 5 secs add veg mixture into that add enough water for cooking

Add Kashmiri chilli powder and red chilli powder in this stage gives beautiful colour, gravy is going to thick now, add coriander leaves a bunch off....

Cook it for 10 min again, gravy is super- thick, stove off

Heat the pan separately add 1 tablespoon oil/ butter, I don't have enough butter so ads oil, roast cumin seeds open the pav in the middle, toast it slightly in pan

Serve the pav along with bhaji, sugar water and lemon juice, ultimate
