  1. 6fresh eggs
  2. 500 gpotatoes
  3. 2onions
  4. evoo
  5. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    We gather the ingredients, beat the 6 eggs, peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices, salt them in a bowl and fry them with EVOO 20' over low heat, peel and finely julienne the onions, fry them with EVOO 2', add the onion at the bowl of beaten eggs, we season to taste and set aside.

  2. 2

    We remove the potatoes with the help of a slotted spoon to drain the potatoes as much as possible, add the potatoes to the bowl, mix them and let them rest for 20', we fry it in a non-stick frying pan 6' on each side, we plate the recipe and serve. Enjoy the recipe.
