Cooking Instructions
- 1
First, prepare the ingredients by washing and chopping the vegetables. Season the chopped potato with salt and pepper and set everything aside. Remove the beans from the jar and rinse them....
- 2
In an open pot with a little oil, sauté everything, adding gradually over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, bell peppers, and finally the 1/2 head of garlic, letting it cook slowly.
- 3
Next, add the potato, carrots, Iberian bacon, chorizo, etc. Mix everything well and finally add the grated tomato. Let everything incorporate well. Add the bay leaf and adjust the salt.
- 4
Once done, add water and turn the heat to high until it starts to boil. After about 20 minutes, add the beans and after about 15 minutes, add a pinch of all-purpose flour, stir well, and cover. Let it cook for another 5 minutes over medium heat.
- 5
Meanwhile, remove the head of garlic and the chorizo onto a plate, mash the garlic with a fork. Cut the chorizo into pieces and add everything back to the stew. Stir well and let it continue cooking....😋

After the time has passed, remove from heat, serve, and enjoy this wonderful recipe....🤤🤤🤤... delicious!!!
