Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a pot, pour a good amount of extra virgin olive oil and sauté the bell pepper and carrot.
- 2
When they are a bit softer, add the onion and garlic, along with a pinch of salt.
- 3
Once cooked, add a little water and the half vegetable bouillon cube, stir well, wait for it to dissolve, and pour it into a blender. Blend well until it becomes a puree.
- 4
In the same pot where you made the sauté, pour a splash of olive oil and cook the paprika. Be careful not to burn it.
- 5
When the paprika is ready, add the vegetable puree from the blender and a little broth, depending on how thick you want the sauce. Keep in mind it will only cook for 5 more minutes, so it won't evaporate much.
- 6
Add the well-rinsed beans and pieces of chorizo. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Hearty Turkey and Bean Chili Hearty Turkey and Bean Chili
One of my favorite chili's to make, it's hearty and healthy, with lots of protein and fiber, and low fat especially if you get lean turkey. It smells absolutely amazing, and the taste matches. Easy to make spicier or less, depending on whose taste buds you're feeding.sgupt

Turkey Chorizo, Cauliflower Rice, and Etc Turkey Chorizo, Cauliflower Rice, and Etc
I've been making chili for a bit using my new collection of healthy hacks, however this one is the winner in my book for both ease, taste, and caloriesIt uses a turkey chorizo recipe someone else created and marries it with a simple rice and 'beans' recipe. I replace the beans element with a few different ideas on a weekly basis. Frozen zucchini tossed in 5 minutes before finishing acts as a good bean replacement. I've also shredded kale and used that. I've also shredded mushrooms and done that as well. All are acceptable to give that extra texture/bite.Food Hacker
