Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan. Add asafetida and cumin seeds. Let them splutter for a minute. Now add, green chili and ginger, chopped onion and sauté for a minute.
• Now add tomato, salt, dry mango powder, coriander powder, chola masala, black pepper and mix well. - 2
Let the masala cook for 2 minutes. Lastly, add capsicum and cook for another minute. Now add boiled chickpeas, along with 2-4 tbsp. of water.
• Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. - 3
Place the tawa roti on a plate. Spread tomato ketchup and mint chutney on the roti.
• Put sliced onions and some spring onions.Add the prepared masala to the roti.
• Roll the roti into a roll and serve.
