Put oil in a pan.add finely chopped onion,green chillies and cook it till it becomes golden brown

Now you can add seasonal vegetables like carrot,french beans,peas.you can add vermicilli and cook it

Cook it for 10 minutes.

Add curry leaves,mustard seeds,peanuts,salt,coconut powder or freshly grated coconut according to taste

Add 100 ml water.

Cook it till water becomes dry

Garnish it with coriander leaves (optional) serve hot or you can add it while cooking vermicilli

3.you can add dry fuits also

Tip:1.add very less water in begining and cook till it is properly cooked

2.you can add tomatoes,turmeric powder(optional)

You can have it in breakfast,lunch or mid evening snacks
