Steps
- 1
In a bowl, pour in your milk, add in the cold water and stir until it mixed without lump
- 2
Add in the hot water, mix then sieve it into a bowl with cover or a container with cover
- 3
After sieving, add in your yogurt starter
Note: yogurt starter is any yogurt of your choice...Please use a good and quality yogurt so you can get a very thick and nice texture yogurt. Preferably use L&Z and for the milk use milksi - 4
After adding the starter, stir and cover it...allow it to ferment for about 8-12 hours
Here is what I got.....it's easier to make it over night
B4 adding your sugar or sweetener you can take some and preserve for future use(I.e your own starter)....I have no idea on how to preserve the yogurt for about a month but this will be nice for about 3-7days in the refrigerator - 5
Here is a video....a cup of milk made about 500mls
