A great way to pack in lean protein. Keeps well and travels well, so I make it when I'm on the go and take with me. Super simple recipe from my nutritionist Ana, slightly tweaked. Chicken can be steamed, broiled, roasted or pan fried. It's great for chicken roast left overs. For low calorie version, use steamed / broiled chicken breast.
Once you put it in the foot processor, you can make it smoother and use it as a pate, or slightly chunky texture, in which case you can eat it as chicken salad.
The below quantity is for one person if eaten as a meal with bread or salad. If you are using it as an appetiser or pate, it will serve 2-3.
