Elaneer Payasam is the tender coconut cream/ malai Payasam which is rich, creamy with mild sweet.
Steps

Boil milk on slow flame. Stir well and allow it to reduce half the quantity.

Chop 1/2 cup of elaneer/ coconut Malai.

Grind 1.5 cups of tender coconut Malai with coconut water.
- 4
Add sugar to the reduced milk and boil for just 2-3 Minutes. Switch off the flame.

Add grinded Malai to the reduced milk and sugar.
- 6
Add Cardamom powder and chopped malai pieces...mix well.

Elaneer Payasam is ready to serve. You can serve warm/chilled as a dessert.
