Fry the potatoes basically fry the chips once done keep aside.

On another pan add oil put onion and garlic,add carrots cut them in small round slices cook for while add capsicum and cabbage dont over cook the veges.

Then add water jst little not too much may as much as it can cover the veges just a liitle add salt,black pepper, tomato sause,soya sause,chilli sause,vinegar and let the water boil a little but dont over cook the veges.

Then add the fried chips.

Mix well n let the water get socked in the chips well.

Serve the mexican chips hot with ketchup or tomato sause and a liitle bit of black pepper on top.
