Dissolve saffron in warm milk. In a mixing bowl add hung curd, powder sugar, saffron color, and saffron milk.

Beat to a smooth mixture. Transfer into a serving bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Shrikhand is ready to serve. Garnish with chopped pistachio and a few saffron strands. Enjoy!!!!!
