  • 1potato
  • 1/2 cupdhaniya
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 tspzeera
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tsphaldi powder
  • 1/2 tspajwayen
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • pinchfood color
  • for frying oil
  • 1 tspbaking soda

  1. 1

    Baisan chan kar us me spices add kat k smooth paste bana lein.

  2. 2

    Phir isme slice ki hoi onion, chilli, potatoes, dhaniya add kar k batter bana lein.

  3. 3

    Oil garam kar k pakoray fry karlen. golden brown hone par nikal lein.

  4. 4

    Garma garam pakoray ready hain. chutney k sath serve karen.
