Cut the Paneer into pieces. Grind the chopped paneer in a mixer jar and take it out to a bowl, add milk powder and powdered sugar.

Put the pan on gas and heat ghee in it and add all the mixture.

Stir it continuously and roast well on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes.

Then add pistachios and dry rose petals and mix well. Then keep it in the fridge to cool. Then keep it for 10 Minutes in the fridge to cool.

Grease the modak mold with ghee and add a few pistachios, rose petals to it then put the prepared stuffing in it and press it well and unmold it.

So, Rasmalai Modak is ready.
