  • 1 litermilk for chena
  • 1/2 literfull cream milk for rabadi
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 1 pinchsaffron
  • 2 Cupssugar
  • 2 spoonscornflour

    For making Chena first boil milk when the milk starts boiling add lemon juice and is there until the milk starts like card type

    Keep for 5 minutes take a sieve. Place a stainer over it. now pour the curdled milk over the strainer 3 to 4 times in normal water to remove all the sourness of lemon juice.

    Now place Pan cups of water and two cups of sugar to make a sugar syrup add card mom powder maths the Chena with your palms till completely complete a smooth and add two spoon of corn flour again match and smooth do is complete and smooth and take a small ball into this rolling water and cook high frame for 15 minutes by the end balls should have double in size

    By this time the China balls must have cooled down slightly squeeze them put in the prepared rabdi and saffron
