Heat the oven to 150c. Toast whole wheat bread for 5 min.

While waiting for the toast, prepare the toppings. Boiled the egg for 7-9 min. Make espresso shot and add almond milk. Clean and cut the kiwi. Cut the boiled egg in half. Add egg and kiwi to a serving platter.

When the toast is ready, transfer to a serving platter. Spread tuna on one side of one toast. Spread almond paste on the other toast. Finally, sprinkle cacao nibs and sunflower seeds. Serve.
