Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 slicewhole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1Boiled egg
  • Toppings
  • 2 tbspTuna salad in low fat mayonnaise (SELECT tuna brand)
  • 2 tspNatural Almond paste, unsweetened (Happy Mate brand)
  • 1 tspSunflower seeds
  • Pinchcacao nibs
  • 1Kiwi, cut
  • Hot Coffee with almond milk
  • 1 shotespresso
  • 45 mlAlmond milk, unsweetened

Steps

10-15 mins
  1. 1

    Heat the oven to 150c. Toast whole wheat bread for 5 min.

  2. 2

    While waiting for the toast, prepare the toppings. Boiled the egg for 7-9 min. Make espresso shot and add almond milk. Clean and cut the kiwi. Cut the boiled egg in half. Add egg and kiwi to a serving platter.

  3. 3

    When the toast is ready, transfer to a serving platter. Spread tuna on one side of one toast. Spread almond paste on the other toast. Finally, sprinkle cacao nibs and sunflower seeds. Serve.
