Veggies Moog,urad dal omelette dosa

This is done purely because I am on diet programme because of my thyroid issue. I am always up and down in my weight..Even though I am doing yoga, walking I am able to reduce little weight but i have a keen interest in healthy food so I can lead a healthy life.it contain all veggies, Moong dal, urad dal, poha and omelet,prepared by only 3to 4 drops of oil. so safe to eat healthy tasty morning breakfast. Try in your house also

First Soak the Moong dal,urad dal,boiled rice,poha and add green chilli,red chilli,few curry leaves soak it for 4o minutes after that completely strain your water. Take a mixer grinder add salt and hing make a fine paste.

Keep the batter aside. Then take all veggies cut in to fine cubes and keep it aside.

Next step take a dosa tawa heat it and pour your batter and spread some coconut oil and upside spread your cut veggies cover it with a lid be patient to cook in to golden colour and turned to other side. be patient while cooking so that your vegetables do not split outside the dosa tawa..

Then take it oiut from dosa tawa, your one Moong dal urad dal dosa is ready. make another one following same steps.

Then next is take two eggs broken and beat it with oregano,bay leaves,red chilli flake,little bit of salt, white pepper and mix little bit of vegetables also beat nicely and take non-stick tawa pour everything be patient and add some coconut oil over it and cover the lid of non-stick tawa. After 3 to 4 minute your omelette ready.

Then take your moong dal dosa, place veggies omelette and cover it with another dosa. Your veggies Moong dal urad dal dosa omelet is ready to eat..

You can eat with tomato sauce.very tasty healthy nutrients breakfast ready. You can pack for your children lunch box also.
