Steps

Rice ko wash kar k half hr k lye soak kar dain.

1 pan lain us me oil garam karain or sliced piyaz ko brown hone tak fry karain.

Ginger, garlic paste add kar k fry karain. Chicken dal kar achi tara fry kar lain.

1 cup dahi lain us me all spices except black pepper or zeera dal kar mix karain or chicken me shamil krr dain.

Dahi apna water released kar dein gi thoda sa or pani add kar k pan ko cover kar k 15 mnts k lye cook karain.

Jab pani dry ho jai tu zeera or black pepper dal kar achi tara bhoon lain.

Rice k hiab se pani shamil karain. Pani ko boil a jai tu rice dal dain or salt taste kar lain agar kam lage tu or add kar lain.

Jab pani dry ho jai tu 10 mnt k lye low flame pe dm par rakh dain. Yummy and tasty chicken pulao is ready.
