Ingredients

  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 1/2 cupmaida
  • 1/4cornstarch
  • 1tsb black pepper powder
  • 1 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1 tbspginger / garlic paste
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 100 gmcashew
  • as requiredRefined oil

    First of all crush half of the Paneer into small bits.

  2. 2

    Now add Maida, corn flour, cornstarch, pepper powder salt to taste, soya sauce, ginger garlic paste and 100 ml water. Mix it and make a little thick paste. The paste should not be too thick or too thin.

  3. 3

    Now cut half paneer into small pieces. Make the round balls of the paste and and add one piece of paneer in each of the round balls.

  4. 4

    Take a fry pan and and put some refined oil in it. heat the oil and put the round balls in the hot oil. Fry these balls in that oil till it becomes golden brown. Drain these balls and set aside for 10 mins

  5. 5

    Now take red manchurian sauce and mix them into this batter properly. Now transfer it in the plate and put some cashew for garnish.
