Sausage Bake

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Sausage: Sauté the onions in a little oil until soft. Remove from the pan. Fry the sausage until cooked, and then cut into pieces. Place the sausage and onion in a greased oven-proof dish and set aside.

Mix the water and soup powder in the used saucepan and add the carrots. Simmer together for 15 minutes.

Add the peas, thyme and Ideal Milk and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Pour the sauce over the sausage and onion in the oven-proof dish.

Crust: Whisk the eggs, yogurt and oil together.

Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together and stir into the egg mixture.

Spoon the dough over the sausage mixture. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
