Make flour of 1 cup oats using a mixer grinder.

To a bowl add oats flour, rice flour, and curd. Make a thick batter. Add little water if required. Add salt to taste and Let it rest for 15 mins.

Wash peel and grate one beetroot.

Add this to the batter and mix well. Add soda and give quick mix.

To another bowl add onion, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander, chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix and prepare the topping.

Heat a nonstick pan. Make mini chilas using batter. Allow it to cook for 2-3 mins on low flame with little oil. Put topping and again cook.

Chilas is ready. Serve with ketchup or green chutney.
