Ingredients

  1. 1 glassbasmati rice
  2. 2 glasseswater
  3. 1 tspghee
  4. 1 tspsalt

    Take Basmati rice in a large bowl and wash it thoroughly with water. And soaked for half an hour.

    Now take a vessel to add 2 glasses of water then water boil adds 1tsp of salt and rice boil for 10 minutes at slow heat.

    When rice is boiled drain the extra water and add ghee. Mix lightly and serve rice hot.
