Spicy Edamame with Soy Sauce in Air Fryer

Every day I'm amazed by the number of things I can make in the air fryer. I would have used a pot to boil it and a pan to sauté it, but this way I only dirtied the air fryer basket. Mine is the Ninja dual zone, so while on the other side I made a delicious salmon!

Ramen: Soy Sauce Ramen: Soy Sauce
I'm sick of seeing ramen alterations that have an ingredient list of like 10 fresh veggies and 3 fresh meats that cost like 40$ to add but claiming they're for poor college kids or baby cooks, so I'm making my own with what you probably would ACTUALLY have in your (or your parents) kitchen, or would be genuinely cheap to buy, since it's common spices or frozen veggie packs. And still be at least healthier than plain ramen.Kikuriki

I was selected as a food tester for the Kuyo company. When I was testing some dishes that used okara, I tried to make gnocchi using dumpling flour, rice flour, plain flour and several kinds of starch flour. I was amazed how great the texture of tapioca gnocchi was! Since then I have tried several recipes and I came up with this one.Instead of tapioca flour, which is not readily available, you can use katakuriko to create a similar texture. However, tapioca flour is much better than katakuriko. This way the skin doesn't tear. (For white fish, boil the liquid first)In Step 5,if you leave some of the simmering liquid, the flavor will be less strong. Simple Time-Saving Salmon Sauté in a Light Sauce Simple Time-Saving Salmon Sauté in a Light Sauce
As a student abroad in London, I found salmon was served in rich cream and butter flavors, which smothered the taste of the salmon. Using Scottish oily salmon I wanted to make something refreshing that goes well with alcohol. I got these ingredients from the local supermarket and came up with this recipe.Fry the salmon to a rich golden brown color and until crispy for an aromatic finish. I made it skinned this time, but you can leave the skin on as long as you properly scale it. The cuts will fall apart easily if you use chopsticks, so use tongs to turn them over. Use as much chili pepper as you like. For 4 servings. Recipe by DaisyLuna cookpad.japan -
