Cooking Instructions
- 1
Finely chop the onion and garlic. We use a chopper for mincing.
- 2
Lightly season the pork with salt and pepper, and cook over low to medium heat until browned on the surface.
- 3
Transfer the cooked pork to a plate, and lightly wipe the oil from the pan with a paper towel. Add the onion sauce ingredients.
- 4
Simmer the onion sauce over low heat until the onion becomes translucent, then reduce to your desired thickness.
- 5
If any juices have collected on the plate with the pork, add them to the onion sauce and simmer together. It's full of flavor!
- 6
Pour the onion sauce over the pork, or return the pork to the pan and coat it with the sauce. This part is up to you!

Tender Sauteed Chicken with Onion Sauce Tender Sauteed Chicken with Onion Sauce
I wanted to make a main dish using inexpensive chicken breast.Cook over high heat until the skin is crispy. The onion sauce is good with all kinds of foods, like white fish, pork, or warm vegetables, so it's convenient to make a big batch and keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. You don't have to add butter. Without the butter, it will have more of a Japanese flavor. Recipe by SaltLemon cookpad.japan -

Pork with Mushroom Soy Milk Sauce Pork with Mushroom Soy Milk Sauce
Grated ginger in the sauce will make people who don't like soy milk forget that there's soy milk in it. This is a great way to enjoy meat with a rich mushroom sauce. You can use meat intended for making sliced ginger pork, or any cut of pork.I added sugar to make this sauce richer, but it still tastes good without any sugar. If you don't like soy milk, add a generous amount of ginger, or use double cream instead!I also recommend using a generous amount of ginger for those who are on a diet.
