Ingredients

  • Prawn shells cooked or raw
  • little salt
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the shell out of the prawns, cooked or raw. Dry in the microwave until they are really crispy.

  2. 2

    Mince in the food processor or grind with pestle and mortar with little salt. You can add dry roasted sesame seeds.

  3. 3

    You can add it to any stir fried.
