I don't really know the origin of deviled eggs lol. The first time I knew about it, it was in a recipe book at home. And it's name was ( egg into egg) . I think it sounds better than " deviled eggs". " Deviled" means to combine everything together, I guess it's obvious 😂 from the method. Please enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • Boiled egg
  • Egg yolk
  • Pepper(optionall
  • Onion(optional)
  • Spice

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Boil two large eggs and allow to cool

  2. 2

    Divide the egg vertically (to make filling the mixture convenient)

  3. 3

    Remove the boiled yolk and put inside a bowl

  4. 4

    Mean while, fry your pepper, onion and add to the bowl

  5. 5

    Smash the yolk and mix together with the sauce and spices

  6. 6

    And enjoy!!
