At first, soak almonds in warm water for 10 minutes and remove the skin.

Soak semolina in 1 bowl of milk for 1 hour. Take a kadhai add milk and let it boil. Then add it in the boiled milk. Mix it well and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame. Stir continuously. Add sugar and mix well.

Add chopped almonds, cashews, and cardamom powder and mix well. Add saffron strands and mix well.

Add condensed milk and mix everything well. Cook for 1-2 minutes for high flame then reduce the flame low and cook for 10 minutes. Kashmiri Firni is ready now. Take it out in a bowl. Serve as a dessert and enjoy....🥰🥰
