Mix all dry ingredients and then add the veg and spices exclude the Eno as this you add just b4 adding to the pan…mix with small amount of warm water to combine into a mix but not a dough. I used around 1 cup

Allow to rest in a warm place for at least 15 mins longer the better the taste. Tip out into a lined baking tray and tap out to even mix

I’n a small metal saucepan add the vaghar oil allow to heat add Rhy onve they start to pop switch off the heat once cooled 3/4 mins add curry leaves

Spread this evenly over the mix in the grave and sprinkle over taal although this is optional

Cook in a oven for 30/40 mins till it’s cooked and has a browned look
Cook longer for a crispy edges
